Catalina Parks - Spanish speaking Professional Actress with a Latin American accent
Growing up, I was academically driven, disciplined, and persistent. Born and raised in Medellín, Colombia, I excelled in my studies and graduated from a top university with a BA in Business Administration and a major in Finance. I came to the U.S. to master the English language and landed a job working for a mid-sized mortgage bank headquartered in Atlanta. This was a dream opportunity for me at the time. I also started getting commercial print opportunities. As I started to book more and more work, I got bitten by the acting bug. I quit my nine-to-five in the mortgage industry and never looked back. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of studying with the best coaches in the industry. I have loved every minute of this journey.
I’ve had the opportunity to perform in hundreds of productions to include commercials, Spanish voiceovers, industrial videos, commercial print, film and TV and more.
